What's New at APS
In recognition of this achievement, and as a reflection of our forward
thinking, Alaska Pension Services has restructured our outlook and
processes in our ongoing desire to achieve our mission of providing
quality services to our clients.
In June 2008, APS was purchased by National Investment Managers, Inc. (NIM). NIM is a national firm that owns many regional pension consulting/administration firms around the United States. Many of these firms were founded and owned by individuals Duane and Karen have known through their professional organizations. Several were past presidents and leaders of ASPPA and were colleagues over the past twenty years. NIM's group of companies greatly expands our expertise with a strategic network of experienced pension consultants, administrators, ERISA attorneys and actuaries. Duane and Karen have an ownership in NIM, and still have a stake in making sure that APS provides superior service to all of its' clients. What's
